1. How can I pay for my order?

Your checkout experience is powered by RazorPay. Secure payment methods include Debit and Credit cards, 50+ Netbanking options, UPI, and wallets.

2. How do I place my order?

Step 1: Go to the home page, scrolling down to the products section and clicking Shop Now on the product.

Step 2: Select the size of the product (if applicable) and click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.

Step 3: If you want to purchase additional products, repeat the same process to add them to the cart, otherwise view your cart by clicking the ‘View Cart’ button at the top of the page, or by clicking the cart icon on the top right corner of the website.

Step 4: Review the items in your cart and make sure the products and quantities are correct. Then click the ‘Proceed To Checkout’ button.

Step 5: Enter your address and contact information, review the total cost breakdown, accept the terms and conditions checkbox and then click the ‘Place Order’ button.

Step 6: You will then see the secure RazorPay payment gateway popup where you can pay for your order using a variety of card, netbanking and wallet options.

Step 7: Once payment has been completed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order as shipped you will be sent a tracking number in order to track your order.

3. When will my order be shipped?

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. Your order will be carefully packed and then shipped by a trusted and reliable courier. Our main courier partners are Fedex and Delhivery.

4. When will my order be delivered?

Delivery time to metros is approximately 3 business days, delivery to other locations may take 3 to 5 business days and up to 7 days for remote locations.

5. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/sms which will include the courier name and the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the courier company’s website.

6. What if I am not happy with my order?
